The torque of the ATLF series four-piston actuators is much greater than that of the standard gear-rack type double-piston design, but they occupy less space. By efficiently utilizing space and adopting a more intelligent piston design, the ATLF series actuators consume less air. The installation dimensions fully comply with ISO5211 standards, and in terms of electromagnetic valves and top accessories, they are installed in accordance with NAMUR standards. ●Travel limit: The adjusting screw enables ±5-degree fine adjustment of the shaft rotation, and the concentric force design prevents lateral loads, ensuring precise positioning and long service life.
●Corrosion resistance: The body and end cover are treated with anodic oxidation on the inside and outside, and coated with polyester paint, which can resist corrosive environments and flushing conditions.
●Visible indicator: The high visibility indicator provides reliable indication of fluid flow direction and can be modified to suit different fluid configurations. ●Flexible spring combination: Multiple
spring configurations are available, adapting to different air sources, media, and valve torque requirements. The springs are coated for corrosion protection.
●Safe removal of springs: The long-shaped screws fix the cover to ensure safe release of spring tension during removal and avoid damage to the actuator.
●Spring alignment device: The cover has a center positioning ring, which keeps the springs aligned during installation, enhancing stability and safety.
